Privacy Policy

Lunar ("we", "our", or "us") provides cross-calendar marketing automation tools for businesses. This page explains what data we collect, why we collect it, and what choices you have.

What we collect

• Account data — your email address, business name, timezone, and the calendar systems you operate in.
• Customer events you import — names, email addresses, and event dates you push to us via webhook, CSV, or our API. You are the data controller for this content; we are the processor.
• Operational logs — records of which messages we sent on your behalf, including delivery and unsubscribe events.
• Technical data — IP address and basic device info collected for security and abuse-prevention purposes only.

How we use it

• To run the automation you configured (date conversion, sending campaigns at the right time on the right calendar).
• To honor unsubscribe requests across every campaign in your account.
• To diagnose problems and protect the service from abuse.
• To bill you for the plan you selected.

What we don't do

• We do not sell customer data to third parties.
• We do not share your imported events with other tenants.
• We do not use your customers' addresses for our own marketing.

Sub-processors

We rely on a small set of infrastructure providers to deliver the service: a managed Postgres host, a transactional email provider, and a hosting provider. Each is bound by their own data-processing terms.

Retention

Operational logs are retained for 90 days. Imported customer records are retained for as long as your account is active. You can delete records or your account at any time from the dashboard.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, export, correct, or delete personal data we hold about you. Contact us at hello@lunar.app and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We will post any material updates here and notify account owners by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
